WEBSITE DESIGN

Website design has become a big passion of mine over recent years, with the desire to create a simple, yet informative user experience. My roles have allowed me to experience a mixture of company objectives, everything from brochure/information resources for partners to eCommerce for end-users. My experience has also driven me to work closely with an SEO expert to deliver the best organic results and rapidly cement new websites with powerful search terms and phrases on Google.

MATICA GROUP

Launched April 2023 I delivered a brand-new content and website structure. Migrated the old website domain from corp.com to group.com to align with the new business strategy. The new domain meant that we had to start again with our SEO and domain authority upon launch. However, in the last 12 months we’ve seen 86K (Up 58%) new users, 269K (Up 34%) 135K sessions (Up 60%) and a 57% engagement rate. Website previously generated 40-60 new partner and sale leads per month. The website today is generating anything from 75-100 leads per month.

JAVELIN ID - ECOMMERCE

I headed up this role, dealing with the initial research for the project such as current market trends and buying habits.  Our objective for this project was to sell card printers and accessories directly to end users (B2B). This could vary from councils, and schools to gyms and corporate companies. To not disrupt our strong partnership network Matica and the e-commerce brand Javelin needed not to clash. The new store was launched in May 2023, with £45,000 worth of sales made in the first year.

JAVELIN GLOBAL

Currently, under construction, we identified a requirement to retain customers who wanted to sell Javelin Global products through other territories and markets globally. With a similar objective to Matica, Javelin Global will be the partner and distribution arm of the office with the website objective to be a resource of information and support for partners across the globe. Due to launch September 2024

JAVELIN-ID AMAZON

Acting as another route to market we also developed an Amazon store to run in parallel to the Javelin ID eCommerce site. Addin the product to the store increases our likelihood of discovery and also verification of legitimacy when searching online for the best prices.

DISK - DIGITAL IDENTITY SOLUTIONS KOREA

Now part of Matica Group, DISK actioned a total rebrand in 2024. DISK is a consumable manufacturer of card printers. New website coming November 2024

NBS TECHNOLOGIES

Created and launched in 2020, my objective was to grow and develop NBS' partnership network. The company was generating 2-3 leads per month via online activities and websites. Year one of the launch saw over 1000% increase in online sales leads via the website. Organically targeted key industry phrases such as ‘instant issuance’ – Page 1 position 1 and included a snipped definition by Google.

The website has now been close post acquisition.
